No Question or answers at this phase** New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) is a branch within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and is responsible for All-of-Government (AoG) contracts. The current AoG Electricity solution, established in December 2011, expires 22 June 2022 and we are seeking a replacement solution prior to this date. We intend to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the market over the coming weeks to achieve the following objectives: • Develop and implement a contracted solution that enables agencies (including schools) and suppliers to do business in the simplest and most effective manner. • Ensure we contract social, economic and environmental improvements, that deliver improved service quality, timeliness, and cost efficiencies across the public sector, which suppliers can also benefit from. • Identify and implement electricity business maturity pathways for government, and government agencies, through greater process and technological efficiencies - better use of time, evidential data and energy insight. • Oversee steady growth in agency participation and an increase in measurable agency satisfaction as the new solution delivers tangible value.
