- Ashburton District CouncilThe Ashburton District Councils Road Network Maintenance and Operations contract will be published on Tenderlink and GETS on Monday, 26 May 2025. The contract duration is "fixed term" for five years, starting on 1 December 2025 and ending on 30 November 2030. To allow small to medium sized contractors to participate in tendering, the contract is separated into three schedule options A, B and C for tendering. The pre-tender briefing will be held at the Ashburton District Council Office (Te Whare Whakatere, 2 Baring Square East, Ashburton) on Monday, 9 June 2025 at 10:00 AM. Attendance of the pre-tender briefing is mandatory if you wish to submit a tender for contract ROAD0400. The tender close date is Friday, 25 July 2025, with Council officers proposing to award the tender on Wednesday, 17 September or Thursday, 18 September 2025. The proposed contract start date is Monday, 1 December 2025. This is a general notification and does not require any response.
