- Ashburton District CouncilThe Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to tender for the above contract to maintain and upgrade the Ashburton district local road network. The contract will encompass the maintenance and operations of sealed and unsealed roads, bridges, cattle stops, railings, traffic facilities, drainage assets, vegetation and footpaths. It also includes network management requirements such as inspections, programming, monitoring, reporting, data validation and response to emergency events. The contract will be split into three schedules options for tendering: Option A: pricing the entire schedule Option B: pricing only the unsealed road aspects of the contract Option C: pricing all aspects that are not part of Option B An interactive tender briefing/meeting will be held on Monday 9 June. Attendance at the tenderers briefing is compulsory for all tenderers. Registration is required for this briefing - details are in the tender document. All other queries must be submitted via the Tenderlink Forum. No tender queries shall be submitted after Monday 14 July 2025.
