Region: West Coast Overview: The Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and capable contractor to deliver the Alma Road Transport and Wastewater Infrastructure Acceleration Fund (IAF) project in Westport. These works are vital to unlocking housing opportunities on land that is less exposed to flooding, improving community safety and resilience, and ensuring the local area can accommodate future growth. The successful providers will carry out these projects to agreed standards and timelines, helping to strengthen essential services for current and future residents. To enable budget flexibility and staged procurement, this tender seeks pricing for the following: Separable Portion 1: Core Infrastructure Works - comprising low-pressure sewer rising mains, water supply infrastructure, comprehensive stormwater reticulation, road corridor improvements, shared pedestrian and cyclist paths, street lighting, and temporary traffic diversion works as detailed in Section 3.2.
