Open Date: Wednesday, 19 January 2022 7:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 9 February 2022 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Waikato Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: WDC (Waikato District Council) is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitable Contractors for the described contract works to undertake improvements at the Raglan Wharf consisting of three distinct work Separable Portions (SP-s), including; - Under Wharf Structural Repairs - New Pontoon and Accessway - Improved public safety and access. Construction of an extended revetment for coastal protection and an adjacent boardwalk pathway and beach access steps It is desirable to have a leading Contractor who will take charge of the entirety of the three SP-s and engage and take responsibility with any Sub-Contractors deemed necessary to complete the works. This leading Contractor will be expected to be the main point of contact for WDC and project communications. The New Pontoon and access walkways are expected to be procured on a Design and Build approach and therefore the contractor will be expected to own and manage this procurement, installation and commissioning element.
