Request for Proposals (RFP) for Counties Manukau District Health Board Facilities Maintenance Services Panel Open Date: Monday, 14 February 2022 2:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Friday, 18 March 2022 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Proposals (RFP) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Auckland Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) has identified a number of facilities maintenance and minor building service projects across numerous service categories. This includes general maintenance of existing plant but also covers upgrading work in various stages of delivery. CMDHB is seeking proposals from suppliers who have the capability and capacity to deliver the Panel services to form a Panel of suppliers. While no work is guaranteed, Respondents that are invited to be part of the Panel (Panel Members) may be engaged as and when a project of work is identified that requires the Panel Services. Selection of Panel Members from the Panel for specific projects of work will be conducted through a Secondary Procurement Process. Establishment of the Panel is expected to allow for CMDHB to engage suppliers in a streamlined way and make it easier for suppliers to do business with CMDHB. In particular, it is anticipated that having standard terms of engagement agreed upfront with Panel Members will help to reduce the transaction time and cost associated with engaging suppliers for specific projects of work.
