Open Date: Friday, 25 February 2022 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 23 March 2022 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Proposals (RFP) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: New Zealand Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to: — formally notify the original Senior Debt Panel members that they have been re-appointed to the Senior Debt Panel; and — request proposals from other suitably qualified and experienced senior lenders and debt arrangers or originators to join the Senior Debt Panel. The Projects will predominantly involve financing eligible infrastructure as described in the Infrastructure Funding and Financing Act (IFFA) - water services infrastructure, transport infrastructure, community infrastructure or facilities, or environmental resilience infrastructure - where the provision of that infrastructure is linked to housing and/or urban development. It is likely that the bulk of the Projects will be financed under the IFFA model, although CIP may elect to use other models where appropriate.
