Request for Information (Market research) (RFI) for Digital Asset Management Open Date: Tuesday, 8 February 2022 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 8 March 2022 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Information (Market research) (RFI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Wellington Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: NZQA is undertaking a Customer Experience Improvement (CxIP) Programme to transform how it provides its services to its customers. Within this is a growing need for NZQA to be able to receive, store, and manage digital assets from a variety of sources. NZQA would like to understand the technical capability of existing Digital Asset Management systems and the high level, estimated costs of this. These high-level costs are not in any way, contribute to any sort of shortlisting if NZQA is to proceed with future tender for the service. There are three use cases described in the requirements section that NZQA would like to investigate. We would like to hear from any vendors that could meet at least one of these equally as much as those who could meet all three. NZQA actively encourages utilising the New Zealand-s, government charter. Subsequently, responses to this RFI from Maori, Pacific Island and other minority groups is naturally welcome.
