Tender Type: Request for Tenders (RFT). Region: Otago. Overview: The Dunedin City Council-s (DCC-s) Transport Group, with partial funding from Waka Kotahi, are providing a safer, more efficient route for vehicles and freight around the city through the Harbour Arterial Improvement Project. There are three outcomes for the Harbour Arterial Efficiency Improvements Project, to improve: · Access between State Highway 1 Caversham Motorway and State Highway 88 · Safety for all transport modes on the route · Access for active transport modes For Stage 3 - Strathallan Street (Andersons Bay Road to Portsmouth Drive); the DCC wants to partner with a civil engineering/roading contractor that can deliver the outcomes in the most efficient, least invasive way to our key stakeholders and road-users, whilst minimising disruption and delay. Contract programme and construction works methodology must minimise impact to local business stakeholders. This tender is using the new split file responses feature on GETS.
