It is important to the overall service provided, workflow efficiencies and patient outcomes, that the processes and technologies used are efficient and support timely communications. MDHB is looking to digital technologies to improve the speed of clinical communication, enhance efficiency for clinicians, and support an agile response to future transition to digital outpatient communication strategies and platforms. We are seeking a suitable Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution. The Solution must exist and be proven in health environments, offered either as SaaS or as a cloud based/managed solution, and able to operate in the DHB-s existing IT environment.
