Registration of Interest (ROI) for Engineering Services for Building Consents Open Date: Monday, 31 January 2022 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 16 February 2022 12:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Wellington Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The Wellington City Council (WCC) Building Compliance and Consents team process on average 3,000 applications for building consents each year. In support of processing these applications, the team relies heavily on external structural engineering companies to provide specialist advice. Currently, WCC are sourcing these services from four companies, and require an additional supplier to provide structural and geotechnical engineering advice to be able to meet our high demand for building consent processing. We are seeking Respondents who have demonstrable skills, knowledge and capacity to undertake reviews (structural and/or geotechnical) and be able to demonstrate having appropriate quality control processes in place to assure us that any advice provided is accurate and fit-for-purpose.
