Respondents to this RFP (Request for Proposal) will have the opportunity to utilise the site and building to establish and operate an ECE Service. This is a zero-value tender, the building and land will be leased from the Ministry to the successful respondent long term with terms and conditions agreed. The Ministry requires the service to be culturally responsive to the local community, affordable, viable and sustainable over the long term.
