Region: Gisborne Overview: The Gisborne District Council (GDC) is seeking an experienced design consultant to advise and design a new wastewater pump station and rising main to serve a future growth area of Gisborne city. GDC is looking for a consultant who can work collaboratively to the best value for money and resilient design. The supplier needs to provide a work programme indicating how and when the work will be delivered and be accountable for it. In addition, the supplier will need to demonstrate that they understand what the project risks are and include an approach to mitigate these risks, as per of their response to this RFP. GDC doesn't want contractors who don-t understand the complexity of the works and associated activities, have a lack of understanding of project risks or have poor project management skills. GDC doesn't want contractors who fail to understand our needs and the urgency to have this work completed on time and within budget. This tender is using the new split file responses feature on GETS.
