Region: Gisborne Overview: GDC requires a collaborative design consultant that has the expertise and resources to efficiently design the road realignment within the required programme. The Project is to design of approximately 2km realignment of Tiniroto Road away from the Hangaroa Bluffs including two new single bridges across the Hangaroa River, as well as approximately 700m of upgrade/rebuild of the existing road. The consultant-s scope will include: · Pre-implementation phase - deliver preliminary design, undertake geotechnical investigations, support GDC in obtaining RMA and statutory approvals, deliver detailed design, and prepare tender documentation for the physical works. · Implementation phase - support the MSQA consultant during construction.
