Gisborne District CouncilGISBORNE DISTRICT COUNCIL. WASTEWATER RENEWALS 2026. RFx ID: 31899408. Reference: 25-50. Close Date: Friday, 25 July 2025, 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00). Tender Type: Request for Proposals (RFP). Region: Gisborne Overview: Approximately 10470m of the domestic wastewater pipeline and 3587m of laterals in Gisborne needs remediating as part of the Gisborne District Council-s programme to renew and rehabilitate existing and aging underground wastewater assets. A further 1441m of pipeline is to be videoed and logged for possible future improvements, and 197 manholes require rehabilitation. The Council is seeking experienced and skilled contractors to design liners fit for purpose to extend the useful life of these assets for at least a further 50 years and successfully install the liners before 31 March 2027. This tender is using the new split file responses feature on GETS. The agency has indicated that they would like to receive responses separated by price and non price components.
