Overview: REQUEST FOR TENDER. P2025-298 - Cambridge Court Roof replacement. Please read all information below: Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the removal of existing roofing materials, extensive timber framing work, insulation and replacement of new roofing iron and gutters to 7 separate blocks of units consisting of a total of 23 units. We require scaffolding and edge protection with shrink wrap for each block while the tenants are temporarily relocated, one block at a time. This will be a complex and rewarding project for the successful tenderer with the opportunity to move onto future roofing projects. Quality and attention to detail are key as well as respecting the immediate tenants who will continue to occupy the facility. Tender documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS). Tenders close at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, 23rd April and must be submitted electronically via GETS. IMPORTANT: Please allow sufficient time to upload your submission to GETS prior to the tender closure date and time. GETS closes off submissions at 3:00 PM on the closing date whether fully uploaded or not.
