Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the Service and Maintenance of the Hastings District Council-s onsite wastewater treatment systems to ensure Council meets the Hawkes Bay Regional Council Resource Consent Requirements. Tender documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS). Any enquiries about this contract must be made via GETS website. Respondents who are unable to meet all the following pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting Response. 1. SiteWise Green or Higher - respondent must be able to provide evidence. 2. The Contractor must be able to provide evidence of insurance to the following values: a. Contractor arranged Plant Insurance - The contractor shall insure each item of plant on the site having a current market value of more than $50,000. b. Contractor arranged Public Liability Insurance - $2,000,000 (such public liability insurance may include sub limits: · For liability under the Fire and Emergency New Zealand Act 2017, of not less than $500,000). c. Motor Vehicle Third Party Liability Insurance - $2,000,000. Note: Proof of insurance will be requested from the Successful Contractor at the time of Award of the contract. 3.
