Kaipara District CouncilThis contract covers the design, consenting, supply and installation of a new Wastewater Treatment Plant at Taharoa Domain, Kai iwi Lakes. The contractor's scope of work for this project is to take responsibility for the design, demolition, construction, management, commissioning, and performance of all works necessary, including consent approvals of whatever sort for the timely and complete delivery of the contract works as defined in this document, together with all related drawings and appendices, along with compliance of all consent conditions. The Contractor's scope includes all design and documentation associated with the works. Design and documentation include all detailed drawings, specifications, certifications (where applicable) and co-ordination of any sub-contractors. Kaipara District Council has received concept / preliminary design drawings from TrineKel Ltd for the Wastewater network and now wishes to engage a Contractor to complete design and construction for an upgraded Wastewater Treatment Plant to service current and future facilities at the campground. Kaipara District Council is looking to explore a number of opportunities during the design phase before confirming a system which will be moved through to construction. It is acknowledged that a number of parameters for design will need to be considered and costed prior to moving into the construction phase. Because of this KDC are providing a number of minimum requirements for the system along with targeted specifications for the design and supplier to consider when providing their proposal.
