Kawerau District CouncilKawerau District Council would like to afford suitably qualified contractors to the opportunity to submit tenders for the Building Compliance 2025- "Specified systems" (SS) inspection, maintenance and reporting , BWoF. Works are to be completed in accordance with the scope of works described. Please find attached the following tender documents: - Kawerau RFT Compliance BWOF Tender- The Invitation to Tender, including the tender description, conditions of tender, the tender process, the conditions of the contract and the scope of works - Compliance schedules - Schedule of Prices - Tender response form - Proposed contract NB. - All tender documentation as requested in the tender description is required to assess the offer. - The deadline for questions is Wednesday, 26 March 2025 and should be referred via the Tenderlink Online Forum - Tenders, with all required supporting information, shall be submitted by email to tenders@kaweraudc.govt.nz no later than: 2pm Monday, 14 April 2025 This notice was published directly via the Kawerau District Council E-Tendering portal.
