Open Date: Thursday, 9 December 2021 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 25 January 2022 3:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Tenders (RFT) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Canterbury Otago Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: This Registration of Interest is for the Main Building Contractor to undertake the proposed Administration Area alterations and additions (first stage), which incorporates two Learning Support Co-Ordinators Offices Project consultants are: o Project Manager: Michael Forgie of Forgie Hollows & Associates (Oamaru) Ltd o Designer: Ian Perry of i.design, Oamaru o Engineer: Richards Consulting Engineers, Christchurch o Quantity Surveyor: Michael Forgie of Forgie Hollows & Associates (Oamaru) Ltd The Contract Works required are: o The proposed alterations additions and refurbishment of the Oamaru Intermediate School-s Administration Area, led by a Main Building Contractor, who would engage numerous subcontractors (roofing; aluminium joinery; joinery; electrical services; plumbing and drainage; stopping; painting; and floor and wall coverings). o The proposed contract works are deemed medium size o The works are to the School-s existing Administration Area and involve the first stage of a major alteration, additions and refurbishment of these spaces, which will necessitate the temporary relocation of the School-s Administration Area throughout the duration of the Contract Works. o The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract. No Contract related tags will be considered. The Principal prefers there to be no drawings and specification related Tags.
