Region: Hawke's Bay Overview: As part of council-s commitment to digital equity, free Wi-Fi has been provided in the city for a number of years for 9 CBD locations. This contract is on a month-by-month basis and the technology and hardware at a lot of the sites is old and due to be replaced.
