New Plymouth District CouncilNew Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking a qualified supplier to install commercial-grade pool membranes for two of our public swimming pools in New Plymouth, New Zealand. NPDC is responsible for maintaining and upgrading public swimming facilities to ensure they meet the needs of our community. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality recreational amenities, we are seeking a service provider to install new commercial-grade pool membrane for two of our public swimming pools: Fitzroy Pool and Inglewood Pool. The Council conducted a market analysis by advertising a Request for Information (RFI) to identify available contractors. Following the RFI, the Council decided to issue an open RFQ to potential suppliers capable of delivering a project of this scope. This notice was published directly via the New Plymouth District Council E-Tendering portal.
