New Plymouth District CouncilThe New Plymouth District Council, in collaboration with Te Kowhatu Tu Moana Trust, is seeking an experienced and capable contractor to conduct civil works for the Otupaiia Project Phase 1, scheduled to run from end of January 2026 through to end of April 2026. New Plymouth District Council is committed to delivering broader outcomes for our community. We actively encourage proposals that demonstrate a strong commitment to engaging local subcontractors and suppliers, thereby supporting our regional economy and workforce development. We value suppliers who can showcase their approach to creating positive social and economic impacts within our district through their procurement and employment practices. We are seeking a supplier with a strong track record of successfully delivering similar projects. The supplier should have the capability, experience, and skills needed to execute and safely deliver the scope of work required for this project.
