We are seeking information from the market to explore innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally sound approaches to operating this facility. Our goal is to ensure the long-term economic viability of The Sorting Depot while maximising resource recovery and minimising operational costs. Through this RFI, we invite responses that address: Operational models and efficiencies Technology and equipment solutions Partnerships or service delivery options Market development opportunities for recovered materials Strategies to increase commercial engagement and waste diversion This RFI is a preliminary step to inform future procurement or partnership decisions.
