Description : Bio-security New Zealand has a Plant Health and Environment Capability Programme underway (PHEC) to strengthen NZ-s bio-security system. PHEC requires fit-for-purpose modern facilities which will include administration space, contained laboratory space and secure bio-security quarantine greenhouses. The facility is currently in Concept Design with Aurecon NZ undertaking the Design Manager role for MPI.
MPI is seeking a suitably experienced supplier to provide design, supply and installation services for a facility of approximately 2,000m2 of quarantine greenhouses with multiple PEQ spaces, with approx. 60-80 individually controlled growing spaces.
This Prior Information Notice is to inform the European market of this future procurement opportunity. MPI will issue a Registration of Interest (ROI) via the NZ Governments e-tender site (www.GETS.govt.nz) in July/August 2022 and parties that respond to the contact person will be provided with a link to download this future ROI tender.
