Police are proposing to implement the VoC platform into the service group (105 and online) but also need to ensure capability to enable a future state where Police can capture feedback and insight across different channels and interaction types. The supplier will need to have experience in delivering similar VoC platforms to organisations of a similar size across a variety of touch-points.
