Region: Otago Overview: This procurement relates to engaging a suitably qualified and resourced design team who will produce a Concept & Preliminary Design complementary to the QEC Development Plan. The QEC Development Plan has undertaken a prioritisation process whereby the scope has been prioritised by the community need. This development plan comprises the following areas: · 4x indoor courts · 800m2 Fitness Centre · Carpark changes and road reconfiguration where required · Plaza area at entry · Hard paving/concrete behind new courts · Green space and landscaping This tender is using the new split file responses feature on GETS.
