Region: New Zealand Overview: QLDC is looking to secure environmental monitoring services associated with its closed landfills for the next five years. The contract term will cover an initial three-year period, with a two-year extension available based on performance (awarded at QLDC-s discretion). The primary objectives of the engagement are as follows: · Ensure QLDC has a robust understanding of the condition of the closed landfills. · Enable ongoing compliance with resource consent conditions (where applicable). · Ensure QLDC-s management of these areas aligns with good practice. · Proactively identify future investment requirements. QLDC does not have the in-house expertise or capacity to undertake these services to meet the consent condition requirements. Therefore, QLDC seeks a qualified external supplier to fulfill these requirements.
