The following attributes are required for submissions to be accepted: a) A detail-orientated approach for marketing the premises at Bradley building. Examples from previous leasing opportunities are required to enhance your submission. b) Experience with leasing similar office space. c) Outline why your agency is best equipped to lease this office space. d) Details of a rigorous health and safety plan.
