Close Date: Friday, 28 March 2025, 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00). Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI). Region: Manawatu-Wanganui. Overview: Rangitikei District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitability experienced and qualified contractors to supply and install renewals on three sections of water network in Taihape. This expression of interest will be used to select three contractors that will be invited to Tender for this work. Therefore, to be considered for this work, an expression of interest with associated details must be registered. The work includes 257m of 180mm PE pipe in the road carriageway and reserve on Titi and Swan streets. This also includes service connections, replacement hydrants, valves and connections. As a separable portion there is 466m of 315mm PE pipe through private property mainly as farmland. This area has sections of steep terrain. An alternative refurbishment system is being considered for this section but if this proceeds the work will be completed as a nominated subcontractor and will be managed by the main contractor.
