Recent water damage caused by failing plastic water pipework has seen a reasonable amount of wall and ceiling finishes already removed. The project will see reconfiguration of the toilets to provide independent self contained unisex cubicles provided and a more effective kitchen facility. The scheme will be traditionally executed with a full design team employed by the Paraparaumu College Board of Trustees producing full construction documentation.
