Request for Information (Market research) (RFI) for Road Maintenance Delivery Services - Rfi Partnership Models Open Date: Tuesday, 15 March 2022 8:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Friday, 25 March 2022 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Information (Market research) (RFI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Bay of Plenty Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Council) are reviewing the existing Council-Waka Kotahi collaborative model in use for the delivery of Council-s Road Maintenance Contract and are interested in talking to people who have been involved in similar relationships and models. Council is requesting suppliers experienced in these partnership models to get in touch to enable further discussion. The discussion will cover the current and future state of the contract/partnership model and include topics such as: • Working with dual clients • Aligning strategy and delivery • Customer experience • How to meet the many and varied customer and network needs and expectations • Delivering sustainable outcomes Refer to Attachments for further details (including submission form). A representative from Council will make contact shortly after submission is received. The information received from this series of interviews will be collated into a report that identifies the issues and opportunities relative to governance and operations. It is intended that this will then shape the preferred pathway for contract development and may be used to inform future procurement decisions.
