Rotorua Lakes CouncilThe Sites and Contract Works to which this Specification and the Drawings refer is located at 50 Otaramarae Road, Okere Falls, Rotorua 3074, at and around the existing informal boat trailer parking area, approximately 23km drive North-East of Rotorua CBD. The Works include, but are not limited to: 1. Site clearing; E&S controls; Traffic management and any associated temporary works & Earthworks; 2. Chipseal Car Park. Construction of new carparking arrangements (1,200m2) for both boat trailer parking and regular vehicle parking, including kerbing (80 meters), pavement (80 meters) formation and sealing 3. 60 meters Bollards 4. 180m2 Roadside Car Parks 5. 90m2 Bus-bay. Construction of new reinforced concrete bus bay 6. A reinforced pedestrian crossing 7. Two asphaltic speed humps 8. New stormwater controls including adjusting existing network to suit 9. Signs and pavement markings; and 10. Other related works as detailed on the Drawings or as advised by the Principal associated with completing the Contract Works, EXCEPT for the Toilet Block, which is not included as part of this tender. Works are to be completed by the 30th of September 2025, before the lake opens for the fishing season. This notice was published directly via the Rotorua Lakes Council E-Tendering portal.
