Description: Tender applications are sought for a Licence to Occupy a block of land situated at the corner of West Coast Road and Pocock Road, Springfield for five years. The land is approximately 3.4455 hectares. Tender is for pastoral or arable/grazing activities of the said land. The keeping of pigs and cattle is prohibited. The legal description of this land is Lot 2 DP 48466, held in Record of Title CB29K/1278. The successful tenderer is responsible for outgoings including the payment of rates on the land.
