Region: New Zealand Overview: We require a competent and capable mechanical building services contractor with an excellent track record who has the capacity, skills, and experience to be able to undertake complex renewal and remediation work within a live building environment. Suppliers must demonstrate a strong approach and methodology for managing and executing the work and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a wider delivery team. This project must be delivered within the capped available budget of $1,200,000.00, and contractors will be expected to plan and execute their work accordingly to ensure cost control and value for money. The contractor will be appointed as a Main Contractor and is expected to have experience in managing subcontractors, including a builder for minor building works.
