- Stantec New ZealandOn behalf of RCL, we are pleased to invite your organisation to submit an Interest to Participate (ITP) for participation in the design, construction, and operation of water treatment and wastewater treatment and disposal systems for the Homestead Bay Development. RCL has submitted a fast-track consent application for this project and intends to progress design and construction in the near term. A final decision on the fast-track application is expected in February 2026 with design and construction to commence as soon as possible. To inform procurement planning, we are seeking responses from the market regarding interest and capability.
