Region: Taranaki Overview: Stratford District Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the cleaning and pest control of public facilities. The contract term shall begin on 1 July 2026 and shall be for an initial period of three years, with the option for two additional two-year renewals, potentially extending the contract duration to a total of seven years. The Contractor is required to deliver a cleaning and pest control service across all council facilities. This includes programming, inspection and reporting, cleaning services, pest control, supply of all consumables and equipment, refuse collection, vehicle cleaning, and ready response services. This tender is using the new split file responses feature on GETS. The agency has indicated that they would like to receive responses separated by price and non-price components.
