Region: Taranaki Overview: This project includes the renewal of approximately a 230 m section of existing Ø 100 mm AC water mains, with a new Ø 150 mm (DN180) SDR13.6 PE100 main and two new Ø 50 mm (DN63) SDR11 PE100 PN12.5 crossing connections to the existing rider main on the northern side of Craig Street. The scope also includes new property connections into the new Ø 150 mm and installation of new valves, hydrants, and trust blocks as specified in the drawings (Appendix C). The redundant AC water main is to remain in place and is to be capped off with a Gibault and blanking plate at each tie in point.
