This portal must be simple to use, without the need of significant customisation, empowering the business to respond quickly to current situations. We would require a provider who would partner with us through implementation of the portal. Massey has a range of student portals, platforms, social media sites, and bespoke ways of engaging with students. Massey seeks a coordinated and intuitive solution to house, articulate, signpost, promote, and engage to and with students. Modernising the interface between students and Massey University is intended to bridge the gap and focus on the student-s journey. We anticipate being able to provide instinctive and intuitive technologies the student is familiar with. Our goal is to provide a one stop shop for students to have all the information they need in one place and the ability to tailor to a student-s specific needs. This RFI process is not a procurement process, but rather an information gathering mechanism. This RFI aims to formally gather information from vendors of intranet solutions about the range of solutions that meet Massey University-s requirements. The information gathered in this RFI process will be used to: • understand the market for student intranet solutions and options available to Massey University • refine our business requirements • inform Massey University-s approach to procuring a solution and related services. After considering responses, Massey University may decide to proceed to a procurement process to identify a supplier/s for its refined requirements.
