Region: Taranaki Overview: TRC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Process Mapping and Automation solution to deliver consistency in business processes, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiency. The primary objective of this RFP is to identify a solution that meets our requirements as they have been defined, but we also want to establish an ongoing collaborative relationship with a supplier that will work with us through a period of significant change. What we need More detailed requirements are listed further in the RFP document, however in summary we-re looking for the following: · Alignment with TRC-s Digital Strategy by enhancing operational efficiency and fostering collaboration · Future focused solutions to support data driven continuous improvement. Transition our approximately 770 documented processes to an archive for review. · Tools that incorporate automation or workflow as an ‘out of the box- offering to assist with delivering process efficiencies to TRC. · A solution that is not overly complex or rigid in a way that limits future growth or causes vendor lock-in. · No or Low Code solutions that ensures autonomy in management of processes, procedures, and workflows by our own internal team. · An ongoing relationship with a supplier - we-re looking for a collaborative supplier to work with us and alongside us on our digital journey · A solution that values and promotes new ways of working in a digital environment When do we need it We want to engage with a supplier and have business process mapping and workflow automation requirements addressed as soon as practicable.
