A scope of services will be requested with material type and specifications. (NZTA M/04:2006) Suppliers should consider production capacity, quality assurance, environmental compliance, resource consents, local market outcomes and economic contribution. The Alliance is seeking to optimise inventory management, improve overall quality and align volumes more closely with operational demand across the region. The contract will consider an on-demand schedule of rates model with no guarantee of volume. This Advance Notice is provided to: · Help inform the market of the upcoming opportunity. · Enable suppliers to forecast, plan capacity and logistics. · Encourage early consideration of collaborative or joint supply arrangements where appropriate.
