Request for Tenders (RFT) for Tauranga Tolling Maintenance Contract Open Date: Wednesday, 16 March 2022 2:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 19 April 2022 1:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Tender Type: Request for Tenders (RFT) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Bay of Plenty Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The key objective of this procurement activity is to enter into a contractual arrangement with a professional, competent and capable supplier, who can provide an exemplary service to the Waka Kotahi and their customers by managing and maintaining the Tolling assets in Tauranga under the Contract. The Contract Works includes the provision of all labour, plant and materials required to complete the work described in this Maintenance Specification, summarised in the Schedule of Prices, and includes: a) Providing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on all Tolling assets included in this Contract. b) Monitoring assets included in this Contract 24/7 providing reactive maintenance in accordance with defined service levels. c) Effectively managing stock levels of spare parts in order to meet the requirements of this Contract. This contract has pre-conditions that all tenders must comply with.
