Closes: Wednesday, 11 June 2025, 04:00 PM (New Zealand Standard Time). What the buyer is requesting. Details: The project is to construct a new (1-cubicle) toilet building at the Milton Memorial Reserve, and demolish the existing toilet building at the Ashley Picnic Grounds and replace it with a new 4-cubicle toilet building. This includes the construction of new sealed pathways and any landscaping/planting required. Additionally, most water, sewer and electrical connections are included within this contract. The only exemption is the connection between the existing sewer and the new line at Milton Memorial as this is currently under construction by the Water Unit. This is due to the road having a planned resealed carried out later this year, so this will avoid opening a new road surface. Work can be completed in parallel or asynchronously across the two sites.
