Close Date: Wednesday, 8 October 2025, 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00). Tender Type: Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI). Region: Canterbury. Overview: Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract. The supply and construction of a new well pump, well head and electrical upgrade at Domain Road WTP, Oxford The main tasks involved in this Contract are: · Supplying all parts required for construction. · Installing the Z8-125-09 75 kW well pump and 150mm riser pipework including securing all cables and the 32mm OD PE duct to the riser pipe. · Construction of the well head structure and all componentry. · Construction of the well head enclosure/protection · Supply, installation and commissioning of new electrical and control equipment in accordance with the provided electrical drawings, specification and functional descriptions (Section 31) · Testing and commissioning of all electrical works installed by the electrical subcontractor · Testing and successful commissioning of the new well pump and well head · Supply of two new tanks for 13% Sodium Hypochlorite solution · Relocation and reinstallation of all existing chlorine dosing components used as part of the existing chlorine dosing system. · Testing and commissioning of the new chlorine dosing system · Provision of as-built plans and operational and maintenance manuals for specific equipment supplied and installed by the contractor. · Clean up on completion and disestablishment from site. · Liaising with neighbouring property owners during construction.
