Open Date: Friday, 18 March 2022 2:30 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Monday, 28 March 2022 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Bay of Plenty Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming / release of the joined contract of Waimapu Marae Wastewater Connection and Castlewold Drive Wastewater Renewals. Details as follows: Waimapu Marae Wastewater Connection: Installation of 1 No. supplied 1200mm diameter Aquatec pump chamber and 1 No. supplied 1800mm diameter horizontal storage vessel (18m3). Supply and installation of 3 No. E/One grinder sewer pumps to fit in the pump chamber. Supply and installation of approximately 660m of DN50 PE100 PN16 pressure piping in road corridor and private property by trenchless and open trenching methods. Supply and installation of approximately 95m of 150mm diameter PVC drainage pipework, manholes, and fittings required to connect the existing property drainage into the new pressure sewer pump chamber. Supply and installation of electrical ducts and cabling for the electrical and control connection of the control system. Locating, exposing, removal/pumping out of contents, break concrete lid, and backfilling of 2 No. existing septic tank system. Castlewold Drive Wastewater Renewals: To remove and re-lay 120 meters of 300mm diameter uPVC wastewater pipelines that are currently deteriorated due to large dips and significant deformation of the pipe. Supply and installation of 1 No. new 1050mm diameter manhole, adjusting levels of 1 No. existing manhole, and renewal of existing manhole features where required. Supply and installation of 1 No. lateral and reconnect to the main. CCTV inspection and testing as detailed in the specification. This is a one stage process.
