Region: Wellington Overview: Housing Upgrade Programme The Housing Upgrade Programme (HUP / Programme) is a long-term partnership between the Crown and Wellington City Council (Council), established through a Deed of Grant, to renew and improve the Council-s Housing Portfolio so that homes remain warm, dry, safe, and secure. Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach. Design Services - Architectural and Landscape Design (Design Lead) This contract opportunity relates to Phase 2 of the programme and covers design services (architectural and landscape design - design lead) across five Tranche 3 sites, each requiring like for like upgrades. These sites have been bundled into a single procurement package; however, the preferred respondent will be engaged under separate contracts for each site to support strong budget management, programme control, and responsiveness to site-specific requirements. Preconditions This is a single-step secondary procurement process limited to providers appointed to the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, service category: Architecture and Design.
