Region: Wellington Overview: Housing Upgrade Programme The Housing Upgrade Programme (HUP/Programme) is a long-term partnership between the Crown and Wellington City Council (council), established through a Deed of Grant, to renew and improve the council-s Housing Portfolio so that homes remain warm, dry, safe, and secure. Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach. Project Management Services - including Engineer-s Representative Services This contract opportunity relates to phase 2 of the programme and covers Project Management Services, including Engineer-s Representative Services, for five Tranche 3 sites, each requiring like-for-like upgrades. These sites have been bundled into a single procurement package; however, the preferred respondent will be engaged under separate contracts for each site to support strong budget management, programme control, and responsiveness to site-specific requirements.
