Overview: Wellington City Council (Kaunihera) seeks to engage a qualified delivery partner to provide full end to end management of graffiti removal across the Poneke region. This will include asset identification, triaging, resolution, reporting, customer communication and physical graffiti removal and prevention services across the Poneke region on a number of both Kaunihera assets as well as some private and commercial properties, where those properties are deemed eligible. The selected delivery partner will be responsible for: · End-to-end management of the full graffiti removal process and may, in most cases, be the first point of contact for members of the public when they report instances of graffiti vandalism. · Asset identification and ownership determination. · Customer service experience, including members of the public and non-WCC asset owners. · Proactive and reactive graffiti removal across the Poneke rohe (region). · Maintaining a 24/7 reporting and response system for graffiti incidents. · Utilising appropriate removal techniques that consider surface type and environmental impact. · Providing data and reports on service delivery, including response times, cost-effectiveness, and trends. · Supporting Kaunihera community engagement initiatives for graffiti prevention. In addition to the removal of graffiti from eligible assets, we require a delivery partner who has a track record in outstanding customer service and can confidently represent Kaunihera in a professional manner.
